Cocaine, marijuana and a gun were seized from Alexander Tolentino, 43, who figured in a traffic incident in which the Ford Explorer he was driving hit a taxicab at the NAIA Terminal 4, Airport Police Department (APD) personnel Vicente Nieves said.

Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) traffic enforcers who were in the area asked Tolentino for his driver’s license but was reluctant to present his license, so the MMDA officers called the APD for help.

When responding APD personnel started questioning Tolentino, they noticed a caliber .38 revolver so they asked him to step down from the vehicle and conducted a search.

The airport policemen later found the illegal drugs and a California identification card inside the vehicle.
